About

Jake Castro

I build AI and automation systems for small businesses, and I teach from that same work. If you see me explain something in a video, it is because I shipped it for a client.

Where I come from

My background is data analytics. At DriveTime I built profitability prediction models using SQL and Python. A prediction model is software that looks at past results and estimates what is likely to happen next, so the business can plan around it instead of guessing.

Before that, as an intern at Shamrock Foods, I found a costly operational failure that had gone unnoticed. I designed the fix. The executive team adopted it, and it saved an estimated hundreds of thousands of dollars.

I am a USMC veteran. That is where the systems thinking comes from. Write the process down, make it repeatable, then improve it.

What I have built

Temple of Groom

Grew to the number one rated dog groomer in Scottsdale. Over 200 Google reviews and 10 to 20 percent year over year growth in appointments.

Creative Continuum

Increased inbound leads by 20 percent for this therapy practice with a rebuilt GoHighLevel funnel and follow up automation.

Why I teach it

There is no shortage of AI content. Most of it is theory, locked behind a course, or made by someone who has never built anything for a real business.

So I put the working version out for free and charge for the parts where people want help. You are fully capable of doing this yourself. If you would rather not, that is what the implementation work is for.
